Your Essential Obligations

Registration Undertakings

When you register with our web site:

  3. Your price plan can be upgraded or downgraded at any time via your account administration interface.

  4. Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.

  5. Paid subscription plans can be downgraded immediately but are non-refundable, i.e. if you downgrade to a free plan, your downgrade will be processed immediately and you won't be billed from the following month onwards.

  6. Notipal reserves the right to change our fees at any time. We will send email notifications to registered users if and when we do so. All prices are subject to change and you are responsible for reviewing our pricing from time to time and remaining aware of the Fees charged by Notipal.

  7. If a user or account violates any of our terms of service, we reserve the right to cancel accounts, or block access to accounts, without refund.

  8. If we are unable to process your credit card order, we will attempt to contact you by email and we will suspend usage of your account until your payment can be processed, or downgrade your account at our discretion.

  9. Notipal may charge an account re-activation fee should an account need to be re-activated by customer after an account has become de-activated due to non-payment.

  10. Notipal may delete any of your archived data within 30 days after the date of an account termination or suspension.

  11. You may terminate an account at any time by sending an e-mail message to support@notipal.com or by sending written notice to Notipal Ltd 2nd Floor 145-157, St John Street, London, EC1V 4PY. Correspondence must include your first name, last name, and Notipal username.

Responsibility

You undertake full responsibility for your conduct in relation to our web site. You will be deemed to be responsible for any use made of our web site through your log-in details.
